Step 1 in the New Associate Training process is what we call the Game Plan Interview (GPI). The GPI is simply when you and your sponsor get together and create your “game plan.” The focal point of your GPI is what we call your Phase One document. The Phase One document is a very simple two page business plan, with everything you need to get paid and promoted right away!

The GPI should happen no later than 72 hours after you joined the team. If your sponsor lives beyond driving distance, the GPI can be done over the phone. If your sponsor is new to the business, or perhaps a bit timid, help them out by giving them a call and invite them to go over your Phase One document with you.

In the mean time, since you’re here let’s go over your Phase One document together. PLEASE NOTE: This does not take the place of your GPI. Your GPI needs to happen in addition to what we do here on this website.
