<p>One of my favorite announcements of the weekend was the Six Figure Ring reveal. Rather than have just one style of Six Figure Ring, they revealed several different types of rings and Associates can take their pick.</p>
<p>They did this because we have such a diverse field. Some are young, and some are old. Some are are conservative and some are more flashy. Some like the &#8220;BLING&#8221; and some don&#8217;t. So we have lots of choices to suit anyone&#8217;s taste. And, the Rings are available in both yellow and white gold!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>LegalShield has an all new recognition system for our International Conventions. Now we all know exactly what categories the company is going to recognize, so we can stay focused on it throughout the year.</p>
<h2>The Production Achievement Award</h2>
<p>Formerly known as the &#8220;Golden App Award,&#8221; this award will be presented at the International Convention to Associates who have written 1,000 personal membership sales (from their inception as Associates to December 31st of the previous year). Associates will continue to receive increment of 1,00 sales they make thereafter. Additional Awards will base on the same criteria as their first award per calendar year.</p>
<h2>Retention</h2>
<p>Awards for retention will be given in four categories &#8211; large volume personal sales, large volume organizational sales, small volume personal sales and small volume organizational volume. Membership data will be collected from the previous calendar year. [For example, data for the 2012 International Convention will be pulled from the 2011 calendar year.] To determine as Associate&#8217;s retention level, the Associate&#8217;s total number of members active as of January 1 for the current year will be divided by the total memberships written during the time period being measured.</p>
<h2>Top Producer</h2>
<p>This award will consist of two categories but will be presented as one group. LegalShield will recognize the top 10 individual producers and the top 10 new Account producers as a united group of the top Associates with the most membership sales for the calendar year.</p>
<h2>Top Recruiter</h2>
<p>The Top 20 Associates with the most new recruits during the calendar year will be recognized as the Company&#8217;s top recruiters at the International Convention. New recruits must be active an down a LegalShield membership in order to count in this category.</p>
<h2>Personal Growth</h2>
<p>Personal Growth Awards will be presented to the Top 20 Associates whose membership production data for the calendar year shows the greatest percentage over the same data from the previous year.</p>
<h2>Team Growth</h2>
<p>Team Growth Awards will be presented to the Top 20 Associates whose organizational membership production for the calendar year shows the greatest percentage of growth over the same data from the previous year. Team Growth will be presented in two categories; small volume (10 slots) and large volume (10 slots).</p>
<h2>Top Executive Director Open Line Fast Start Qualification</h2>
<p>The Top 20 Executive Directors with the highest percentage of Fast Start qualification in their open line (this means a direct leg of their organization with no other Executive Director in the leg) during the calendar year will recognized at the International Convention. This category is only open to current Executive Directors at the time of the event. [For example, to be eligible for the 2012 International Convention, Associates must be Executive Directors in April 2012.</p>

<h2>New Executive Directors</h2>
<p>Evert Associate who achieves the Executive Director level for the first time during the previous year &#8211; or any Executive Director who achieves a new Executive Director level for the first time during the previous year.</p>
<h2>Millionaire Club Members</h2>
<p>Associates who earn one million dollars or more during their LegalShield careers are eligible to be a part of this elite club.</p>
<h2>Six Figure Rig Earners</h2>
<p>Associates who earn a six-figure income in a 12-consecutive &#8211; month &#8211; period &#8211; and are in good standing with the Company &#8211; will receive the LegalShield Ring. There are 4 different rings denoting different income levels; $100,000, $250,000, $500,000 and $1,000,000.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>LegalShield&#8217;s new commercials are here and they are awesome!</p>
<p>Our President &amp; Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Alan Fearnley, spent a considerable amount of time talking about why we as a company are doing traditional advertising when most network marketing companies don&#8217;t do this. He hinted that some in the &#8220;industry&#8221; have been suspicious of our efforts to brand our company with commercials and other more traditional advertising efforts.</p>
<p>His explanation for why we as a company are moving in this direction was excellent. The bottom line is this.</p>
<p>After extensive, expensive, 3rd party research, it has been determined that there are at least 30 million people in North America who want our product, but who do not know it exists. Alan said (and I am paraphrasing from memory):</p>
<p>&#8220;The reason no other network marketing companies are running commercials on TV and elsewhere is because no one wants their product. Unlike those companies, people actual want our product and that&#8217;s why we are reaching out in this way.&#8221;</p>
<p>Amen.</p>

<p>The BMW program is part of the new <a href="http://www.teamrenew.com/?p=1844">Performance Club</a> (which replaced the old Player&#8217;s Club). You can learn more about the Performance Club here, but here&#8217;s the basic rundown on the LegalShield BMW program.</p>
<p>Anyone who get&#8217;s in the Performance Club for 12 consecutive months, and who meets the 75% personal persistency requirement will begin earning $300 per month in a car allowance&#8230;..</p>
<p>Or&#8230;..</p>
<p>If you would rather have a BMW rather than the cash, you can go lease/buy a BMW and LegalShield will send you $500 a month for your BMW, rather than your $300 cash! How amazing is that!?!? It&#8217;s that simple!</p>
<p>We&#8217;ve gotten tons of questions about this program and with the help of the home office have compiled a list of commonly asked questions and have included those below. <p><strong>Q: If I am already in the Player&#8217;s Club (now the Performance Club) for 12+ months, can I go get my BMW?</strong></p>

<p><strong>Q: Is there a persistency requirement?</strong></p>
<p>A: Yes. Associates must meet a persistency requirement of 75%<br />

<p><strong>Q: How much will LegalShield pay toward my BMW?</strong></p>
<p>A: $500 per month</p>
<p><strong>Q: So if I am currently getting $300 a month for my car bonus, if I</strong><br />
<strong>buy/lease a BMW you will begin sending me $500 rather than $300?</strong></p>
<p>A: Correct. You can either take $300 cash each month or take<br />
$500 toward your BMW. And the same goes for associates who are currently<br />
earning $400 per month for their car allowance. If they purchase/lease a<br />
BMW they can begin receiving $500 rather than $400.</p>
<p><strong>Q: Does it have to be a lease or can I buy a BMW?</strong></p>
<p>A: You can purchase or lease.</p>
<p><strong>Q: Do I have to buy a new BMW or can I buy pre-owned?</strong></p>
<p>A: You  may buy pre-owned as long as it is from the year 2000 to the present.</p>
<p><strong>Q: Is the lease in LegalShield&#8217;s name or in my name?</strong></p>
<p>A: Your name. You lease/buy your BMW, send proof to<br />
LegalShield and they will begin paying you $500 per month so long as you<br />
continue to meet the qualifications.</p>
<p><strong>Q: How long is the lease term?</strong></p>
<p>A: As long as you chose.</p>
<p><strong>Q: Is there a down payment required?</strong></p>
<p>A: For a lease, yes. To purchase, more than likely. The more you put down, the less you will have to pay per month.</p>
<p><strong>Q: Will my credit rating effect my lease/purchase price.</strong></p>
<p>A: Yes. Better credit, better rate.</p>
<p><strong>Q: Is there an &#8220;official&#8221; LegalShield model and color of BMW?</strong></p>

<p><strong>Q: Am I able to purchase/lease some other color/model of BMW and still get</strong><br />

<p><strong>  A: Yes, but we prefer that you get the &#8220;LegalShield&#8221; white BMW</strong></p>
<p><strong>Q: What happens if I fall out of the Performance Club?</strong></p>
<p>A: You will lose your bonus.</p>
<p><strong>Q: What happens if I fall below the 75% persistency requirement?</strong></p>
<p>A: Any month you fall below the 75% you will not receive your<br />
bonus. So long as you continue to Performance Club qualify, when your<br />
persistency comes back up to 75% your check will resume the following<br />

<p>A membership is a new purchaser of a plan regardless of which plan is purchased or what combination. The first time an individual purchases a membership, 1 point will be issued. If an individual purchases an additional plan at the same time or at a later date, there will not be additional points issued.</p>

<p>In order to receive Player’s Club points, membership applications and Associate Agreements must arrive at the Home Office and be processed on<br />
or before 2 p.m. (CT) the last business day of the month. All web applications must be placed and processed on or before 2 p.m. the last business day of the month.</p>
<p>If you fail to qualify during any calendar month, you lose your status and must start over again. However, to make it easier for you to continue qualifying each month, you can ”carryover” points from the previous month. When you earn more than five points in any one month, up to five “extra” points will count toward the five point requirement for the next month. Extra points cannot carry over more than one month.</p>
<p>For example:</p>
<p>You earn 11 points during the month of June. Five of those points will count toward your June qualification, and another 5 points will count for your qualification the next month (July). However, the final 1 point will not count toward your qualification for August.</p>
<p>If an Associate does not achieve the 5 points in any particular month they will start over from month one point qualification.</p>
<p>* Reinstatements count as membership points provided that the membership has lapsed for six months or more and follow reinstatement guidelines included in the Success Guide. Pre-Paid Legal reserves the right to deduct points from any Associate who abuses the reinstatement system. Add-ons will not count.</p>
